It is also suggested that you write and edit your 100-word listing description prior to filling out this form to make completing the form easier.

Note that all listings must be paid in full at the time of submission via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. A secure credit card payment cart is included after you complete your submission if there is a balance due.

If you have signed a 2009 advertising contract, your advertising representative will give you a coupon code to use that provides a $350 credit against the balance of your submission. If you don't have the coupon code, contact your advertising representative prior to filling out this form.
